For the IRS Continuing Education Seminar: September 1. Between September 1 and September 30 we offer a discount for early registration. Courses will be held in November & December.

Registration is ongoing until the end of December. After live webinar dates have passed, you will be able to take self-study.

You will have access to the self-study materials for reference. You will get credits for only one course, but you will receive certificates for both, as long as you've passed self study with a 70% or above.

No. We do not refund individual modules, because all registered students can take the self-study modules for IRS credit. All refund/reschedule details are on our Terms & Conditions page.

We are members of LGUTEF for Connecticut, Maine and Rhode Island. If you're in Massachusetts and would like the textbook, enroll in one of the other state programs in order to take the LGUTEF-added courses. If you are interested in a grant to train someone from scratch using the AFTR course, contact contact us for more information.

IRS: Credits from live simulcasts and self study courses will be uploaded after attendance and payment verification at the end of each month. We also need your PTIN and the exact name the IRS has for you.

CFP: As long as you have informed us that you are a CFP and given us your CFP number, we will send the info to finalize credits at the end of the month.

CPA: Our courses are aligned to IRS and NASBA requirements. When you fill out your yearly paperwork for licensure, your credits with us count.

MAIns: As long as you have informed us that you are a Mass Insurance provider and given us your MAIns number, we'll upload the credits at the end of the month.

Preparer tax identification number (PTIN) is issued by the IRS is required if you want IRS continuing education credit for courses you take. Getting one is a quick and easy process that you can do here. It's not a requirement for taking any of our courses, and if you don't have one now, but get one later, you can login and update it in your account.

We do not sell any data. Credit cards are processed through our bank, and we do not keep any detailed payment information. If at any time you would like us to purge you from our system, we can do so upon request, however, after that time we cannot reissue lost course certificates, or troubleshoot lost IRS credit information.For compliance with IRS and NASBA, we are required to keep student course information for at least 5 years.
